Identify the exact Zebra ZQ521
Before installing anything, read the model number from the printer label or control panel. Closely related models can use different software packages. Select Zebra ZQ521 rather than a similarly named series.
Use the official support path

Windows setup
Start with Windows Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Printers & scanners → Add device. If Windows does not provide the required functionality, use the official Zebra package for this model.
Verify after installation
Print a Windows test page, then check paper size, orientation, color and default tray settings. If the printer appears twice, remove the stale or duplicate entry and keep the working installation.
